Before:
32 year old female, 5' 10" 136 lbs post nursing children with A cup breasts and significant asymmetry
After:
1 year post-operative breast augmentation with 450cc smooth round saline breast implants to between Mid C and Full C cup breasts.
Comments:
This is a very natural appearing, yet full volumed result in this very thin patient. She has a very long upper torso, and there was enough distance between her clavicles and nipples preoperatively that I could go large enough with the implant and not have it appear to be riding too high. She wanted a very natural appearance from all three views (as she showed me preoperatively with other pictures), and I believe I was able to achieve this result effectively.
