Before:
28 year old female, 5' 6" l25 lbs with small B- cup breasts.
After:
1 year postoperative breast augmentation with 625cc High Profile Smooth Round Silicone Gel breast implants to full D cup
Comments:
This patient obviously wanted to go to a very full-sized breast, but at the same time, she wanted me to make them look as natural as possible. Given the large size of the implant that I used, I think I was able to achieve her goals. Notice that an inframmamary incision was used (which I typically do not use), but this was necessary in this case, as I would not have been able to fit this size implant through a periareolar incision. The inframmamary incision takes about 1 1/2 years to fade. In general, the shape of the breasts is very nice, with very ample cleavage.
