28 year old female, 5' 6" 122 lbs with full A-cup breasts
After: 10 months post-operative breast augmentation with 350cc smooth round saline breast implants to Mid C cup.
Comments:
This patient was very concerned about having a natural look post-operatively, but also achieving enough fullness to compliment her long upper torso. I went with fairly conservative sized implants, gaining a very nice conservative look. Again, notice from the side view that she has a very nice natural slope to her breasts.
