33 year old female 5’5”, 130 lbs post nursing 3 children with small B-cup breasts
After:
10 months post operative breast augmentation with 425cc smooth round saline breast implants to mid/full C cup breasts
Comments:
This patient had a fair amount of loose skin pre-operatively with a “little sag” to begin with. I was able to achieve the effect of a “small lift”, although no skin was removed. This was created by lowering her natural crease just slightly, while using a fairly nice size implant. Notice that this patient certainly does have a fairly “natural slope” in the upper part of the breasts.
