Before:
29 year-old female
5' 5", l25 lbs. with signifcant pre-existing asymetry. Tubular breast deformity of right breast.
After:
8 months post-operative breast augmentation with areolar lift of right breast (390 cc smooth saline implant) and straight breast augmentation of left breast (420 cc smooth saline implant)
Comments:
This patient posed many challenges due to her significant pre-operative asymetry. I was able to perform an augmentation with an areolar lift for the tubular breast (her right breast) without additional scarring (as would be necessary with a standard lift--anchor-type scar). Her areola is still wider on the right breast ( I told her that I would not change the diameter pre-operatively), but she was extremely pleased with the overall improvement obtained. She was able to go "as full as she could while still looking natural"
