5' 7", l27 lbs. with full A-cup breasts, pre-existing sag (ptosis) and asymmetry due to nursing 2 children.After:
8 months post-operative breast augmentation (450cc silicone gel high profile breast implants) with associated bilateral areolar lifts to small D-cup breasts.
Comments:
This patient has a fair amount of pre-operative sag and asymmetry (notice that her right breast is quite a bit smaller to begin with). As she needed a small lift at the same time as the augmentation, this made her a candidate for the silicone gel implants, which she opted for. Her overall shape (natural slope) in all three post-operative views is quite nice. She did not want any degree of "roundness" in the upper part of the breasts, and I was able to achieve this desired result with this technique and this type of implant.
